Visa requirements depend on your nationality. Many travelers can apply for an Egyptian e-Visa before their trip, while some nationalities may have different entry arrangements. We recommend checking the official Egyptian e-Visa portal for the requirements that apply to your passport. 

Can I buy a SIM card when I arrive in Egypt?Yes! You can purchase an Egyptian SIM card from local mobile operators. Foreign visitors need to present their original valid passport and residency documentation at the operator’s point of sale. 

Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation terms for your specific experience. We’ll always make the applicable policy clear before you book. If something unexpected comes up, reach out to us and we’ll see what we can do.

Sometimes, yes! Availability depends on the experience, date, and number of guests.

This may include transportation, entrance tickets, meals, activities, or anything else that’s part of your experience.

Send us your dates, party size and a rough idea of what you would like to see, either through the trip request form or on WhatsApp. We come back with a suggested route and a clear price, usually within one working day.

There is no obligation and no charge for planning. Most people go back and forth with us two or three times before anything is confirmed, that is normal and it is how the itinerary ends up right.
